Did you ever notice that when you get a fortune cookie at Chinese restaurant, nowdays the fortune inside is really some sort of saying and not really a fortune. Well, last Friday we went to a Chinese restaurant for the company lunch, and I actually got a fortune in my cookie. It said:

Remember three months from this date. Good things are in store for you.

So I'm at Consonance today. I was fortunate to get here in time to catch most of the Cynthia McQuillan Memorial filk circle. I'm really glad to have been here for that, and to catch pentaclemoon's solo of a Cindy song. Wow.

And yes, it was my suggestion to lokiz_mom to come here for today, so it's all my fault she's here too :)
